SHIPPING POLICY
OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order ships from Velcryn Gems, and who is responsible for shipping costs, taxes, and duties. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
SHIPPING RATES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and import charges.

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address, chosen shipping method, and order weight/size.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion, shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Each piece is prepared with care before it leaves our hands.

Standard processing time is typically 3-5 business days before shipment, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Frequently, it is less.

Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be indicated in the product description where possible.

Processing times do not include carrier transit time.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, & DHL, all where permitted.

Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your package is accepted by the carrier, transit time is outside our control.
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by:

Weather or natural events

Customs inspections or processing

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can email us immediately at contact@velcryngems.com to request an address correction. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing, and we cannot change the address after the order has shipped.
TAXES, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES
Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties.

For orders shipped within the same country as our shipping origin, any applicable sales or value-added taxes may be collected at checkout, in accordance with local laws.

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority or carrier. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping fees at checkout.

You are solely responsible for paying any such additional charges, and for complying with your local tax and customs laws.
International shipments that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or fees may be refunded (if and as allowed under our Refund Policy) minus original shipping costs and any return or customs fees charged back to us by the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed or limited depending on the shipping method and destination.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local post office or carrier before contacting us.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us as soon as possible at contact@velcryngems.com with:

Clear unaltered or edited photos of the packaging and the item
We will review the situation and, where appropriate and in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law, work with you on a repair, replacement, or other resolution.
If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan, no “delivered” status), we may assist you in opening an inquiry or claim with the carrier, but ultimate resolution depends on the carrier’s investigation and policies.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered for purposes of our obligations. We are not responsible for theft, loss after delivery, or packages delivered to an address you provided that is later deemed unsafe or incorrect.
Because each item is one-of-a-kind, it is not possible to replace any item that lost in transit or otherwise.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain products or materials may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local laws, carrier rules, or import regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where we are unable to ship to your location or where an item is restricted.

If this occurs, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected items and applicable shipping charges as permitted by law.
