What it smells like

On the skin, YuleWind opens as a cold, crisp Yule morning by the sea. Bergamot, lemon, and sweet orange rise first like pale winter sun over water. Pine needle and juniper cut in with sharp evergreen chill, as if you are breathing salt air and resin at the same time.

As it settles, frankincense and cedarwood move forward, turning the wind ceremonial and grounded, like distant incense and old wood beams. Underneath, benzoin and vanilla glow low and warm, adding softness without tipping into dessert.

The butters and oils, shea, cocoa, jojoba, grapeseed, and avocado, wrap everything in a skin-close creaminess. Cocoa butter hints at adult hot chocolate by the hearth, rounded by a trace of cinnamon and clove, while the resins and evergreens keep the scent out of candy territory.

The overall effect: cold coastal Yule morning, celebratory hearth at night, prosperity on the breeze.

Texture and Use

This is a rich, concentrated body butter. A little goes a long way on hands, arms, legs, and for ritual anointing of the body.

Organic ingredients:
Shea butter, cocoa butter, jojoba oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil, arrowroot powder, and a proprietary aromatic essential oil blend that includes benzoin, vanilla extract, bergamot peel oil (FCF), frankincense oil, sweet orange peel oil, pine needle oil, cedarwood oil, lemon peel oil, juniper berry oil, cinnamon bark oil, and clove bud oil.

Packaging and Seasonality

YuleWind comes in a glass jar with a metal cap, fully recyclable when your working is complete.

This is a seasonal working, one winter and one formula. Once this run leaves the altar, it does not return.
